We will begin with working from the ground up, focusing on a sound foundation using backbends, forward folds and twists. We will incorporate yin style postures (long passive holds) in order to create a subtle energy shift. Set up in a comfortable place and gather props (a blanket & either a pillow, bolster or block.)
