To have any kind of success at you job, you family, your relationships, you have to put in some serious work. That work takes a lot of energy. So you don't lose your crap, you have to get a break once in a while. You have to give yourself the opportunity to relax and recharge the batteries. Effort and ease. Work hard, play hard, rest hard.
