Micha is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, living in Long Beach, CA. Inspired by her career as a professional athlete, Micha teaches mindfulness to athletes, helping them improve performance, focus and get that competitive edge. Micha’s classes are a reflection of her life long love of movement and mindfulness, her intention is to empower you to be strong, resilient and grateful in mind, body and spirit.
