This is a 15 min boxing inspired interval training workout. Warm up by learning the 6 punches, with form queues and shadow boxing. Then Jordan will lead you through a circuit that incorporates both boxing and interval training moves.
Work towards long, lean legs in just 15 minutes. This workout targets your inner and outer thighs, quads and calves. All you need is a chair or surface for stability.
