Using your breath can keep you calm in the morning and give you increased energy late in the day, when we often reach for the coffee!
We begin this class with a seated pranayama experience to quiet and still the body and mind. A series of three yoga postures with focused pranayama will allow us to move whatever’s rising to the surface. We end with an meditative integration.
