Bridget Scheiner, of Be Obsessed Fitness, first discovered her love for movement as a dancer, leading to a newfound passion for fitness, while rehabilitating from dance & anatomical injuries. She heavily relied on physical therapy and strength training after her 2 hip surgeries and being in a back brace due to missing parts in both shoulders. Bridget quickly realized the importance of fitness to prevent injury, aid in heart health, and condition the body. While earning her BA in Dance from Point Park University, Bridget took extensive kinesiology, anatomy, and nutrition. She later moved to Los Angeles as a professional dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. She instructed at Pop Physique, Body By Simone, & is now a barre, cardio, and trampoline instructor for Barreworks Studio. She trains clients on the side & loves advocating health, confidence, and body positivity through movement. Making a point to continue her own fitness journey, she additionally trains in pilates, yoga, boxing, running, & swimming.

You may have seen Bridget on camera for Shaun T’s Beachbody Transform 20, Garmin Fitness commercials, Khloe Karsashian’s Revenge Body on E!, VHYes!, Jump Sport Fitness, Theragun, FitOn App, & Hoodfit. She has been featured as a fit model for Carbon 38, Garmin, Antithesis Aparrel, Beachbody, Norma Kamali, Beth Richards, Onsie, Varley, & more! One of Bridget’s favorite fitness jobs in LA was getting the opportunity to work with Adidas for their Parley Event. She was thrilled to be working with one of her favorite brands on a project that aimed to improve the planet.

Be Obsessed Fitness was originally created as a semi-annual pop-up fitness event to encourage strength, power, and confidence. Bridget wanted to create a space for people that made them feel like they were at their best friend’s birthday party, having the time of their life while working out. Be Obsessed Fitness has now transitioned online and you can find Bridget teaching classes on Zoom & Instagram live.
