Hi I'm Alex Cooley! I'm an Arizona native and now live in sunny Los Angeles, California. I love fitness and movement! I have taught Barre and Sculpt for over 8 years but have been moving and grooving my whole life. I'm obsessed with the feeling you get after a really kick ass workout and that's what I hope to bring to all of my clients while keeping exercise fun! My greatest joys come from spending time with family and friends, working out, and of course eating chocolate chip cookies, my favorite food. I can't wait to sweat with you!
